I stayed at the Empire Marques Hotel for 4 nights in the summer. The location is near Pombal, so it is part of the new city.
However, if you walk quickly to Rossio Square, it takes about 10 minutes. I continued walking during the tour.
I got a discount when I first came up on Agoda, so it was a little over 440,000 won for 4 nights including breakfast.
The hotel was very clean, and there was nothing worn out. The air conditioner was great, so I turned it off before going to bed.
The reception staff were also friendly.
There is a supermarket called Continentale about a minute away from the accommodation, so I used it often.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet place rather than a place that is too crowded.
