There were overwhelmingly many reviews recommending Citadines, so we decided on Citadines for both London and Paris.
I think there are about 3 locations in Paris, but I decided on the one with the best location.
First of all, it is very close to the subway station and within walking distance of the Louvre Pont Neuf Bridge.
Because it is being remodeled, the lobby and entrance are a bit messy.
The elevator is also covered with wooden boards like a new apartment.
I was assigned a remodeled room and everything was new, so the interior facilities were flawless.
I didn’t know because I checked in during the day, but when I came back in the evening after finishing my schedule, only the bathroom light came on and the lights were completely out.
They said they couldn’t change rooms because they were full, and they gave an absurd answer that things like this happen often because they’re remodeling, and an embarrassing reply that the engineer wouldn’t come until tomorrow morning.
Then, I told them I would have to stay in a room without lights until tomorrow morning, so they sent an employee, and somehow things like that were resolved.
However, after sleeping for one night, I felt very cold, so I checked and this time, the heating was broken, so I replaced it with two heaters.
Annoying situations like this do happen, but the staff are generally very responsive and friendly.
