Location: Plaza Catalunya
Price: Approximately 280,000 won per night in Privia (Room only. Breakfast and city tax not included)
Staff friendliness: Friendly, but changed after complaints.
Surrounding environment: The surrounding area is bustling.
Very easy to catch the airport bus.
Pros: Easy to shop.
Close to Boqueria Market, close to department stores
Disadvantages: 1. Actually, after seeing other people’s blogs, I was very excited because it looked clean and nice, but the photos were bad.
It was much narrower than in the photo, and the view of Plaza Catalunya was nothing special.
(Don’t expect a view of the square~~)
I was so tired on the first day that I tried to take pictures after cleaning the next day.
The next morning, I left at 6:30 to go to Montserrat and came back at 3, but it hadn’t been cleaned.

When I complained about this, they started talking nonsense about cleaning time being until 4 o’clock.
Check-in is at 3 o’clock, and when I asked what they were talking about, they said they would do it now.
2. The elevator is somewhat complicated.
3. Korean people I met on the way down to complain about not being cleaned asked if there was anything wrong with it other than the cleaning.
There is a problem with the TV in their room, and they are angry that the staff is not working properly~~~
Evaluation: Actually, I had high expectations about the downtown area and the view because of other people’s blogs.
Someone wrote that this was better than the hotel I originally planned to stay at (Plaza Catalunya).
I changed it at the last minute, but I regretted it so much due to problem number 1 above.
It was a trip I took with my mother, but on the last day, I felt really bad and down, ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
In the end, I only received new towels and no cleaning.
If there weren’t any problems, I would have thought of it as just another hotel I passed through on my trip to Spain.
They weren’t even remotely sorry, they just had to clean it by 4pm and you came in an hour early.
I think I felt worse because I just made ridiculous excuses.
** I think there is a big difference between good hotels and hotels with a lot of passing tourists in how they respond when problems arise.
In that respect, this is a hotel with poor handling. It doesn’t matter if there are no problems, but problems can happen to anyone,!!!
I didn’t know I’d be posting a review like this, and I want to only post good reviews from now on.
