It’s clean and the bed is in good condition.
The staff is friendly (there was no elevator, but they carried our luggage to the 2nd floor for us)
There is no refrigerator (-)
There is no elevator (-)
There is no welcome message/welcome cookie/welcome drink (-) (this may be because I didn’t say when I would be coming..?)
The location is very good★
