A review of a refund received after cancellation of payment on Booking.com.

I posted this before, but I’m leaving a review in case there’s someone else like me.

After that post, Booking.com contacted the hotel and asked if a refund was possible, and if a refund was not possible, if the reservation could be reinstated.

I received a response saying that if I made a reservation again during that period, I would receive a refund for the existing cancellation, and I concluded that I would make a reservation again on that date and receive a refund.
