I made a reservation from the 12th to the 18th.
1. At first, it was a strange basement room (since the window was open, the view in front was a back alley garbage dump) and it seemed too dangerous, so I asked for a room change.
2. I was assigned a room on the top floor, but there were so many bugs the size of millet in the bathroom, so I asked the staff and they just sprayed bleach on me, saying they were there before.
3. When I woke up in the morning, I found 3 bed bugs in my group’s bed. When I complained, they just changed my room, but they told me to go back to the original room (I thought it was a strange place from here).
4. I really didn’t want to go to the room I was originally in, so I told her I would just use it, and another employee said she would understand.
Just don’t go…
And it’s not soundproofed at all because the rooms are close together.
