This is truly the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
Accommodation was the most important thing for me on this trip, so I really thought about it before making a decision. In particular, Florence doesn’t have many known hotels, and I went back and forth on reservations and cancellations for various reasons.
Actually, the place I originally booked was Lille Luce Florence, but I came across bed bug-related articles and unsatisfactory reviews in recent reviews. I was especially concerned about towel use and cleaning issues during my stay (and because I was planning a day trip to Venice), so I looked for reviews near the station. I ended up switching to this hotel because it was so good.
I was traveling and I didn’t think I would cancel again, so I made a non-cancellable reservation for 3 days and paid.
As soon as I got off the station, I felt like I had gone in front of the station for no reason, like I had an ominous premonition.
I passed a woman who was talking to herself in front of the hotel, and after a while, there was a man who was actively talking to people passing by.
Anyway, I checked in and came in, and the table with the pot and tea on it was white.
To dust.
As I looked everywhere, I started to laugh.
The bed frame is so worn out and tattered.
A bed that sinks so low that you don’t even know there’s a mattress.
The mustiness had exceeded its limit, and the musty smell was so cold.
Most of the time, I just think this is okay and move on, but it was to the point where I couldn’t stand it.
Don’t just look at the photos.
I thought it would be okay just by looking at the promotional photos of the hotel.
It was purely my mistake.
I had no choice but to stay one night, but I couldn’t stay any longer, so I gave up my money and moved to a hotel.
After the morning tour, I went to my room around 2 o’clock to immediately unpack my luggage.
As expected, there was no cleaning done at all.
Usually, the room makeup should be done before this time, but I had nothing to say.
I thought it was best to just move and checked out.
When asked why, I told him honestly.
They said they would change my room, but I wasn’t very excited about the other room, so I just requested a refund for the city tax and went to another hotel.
This is SOLO EXPERIENCE with many Korean reviews.
So far so good.
First of all, it is comfortable and warm.
I will post a review of this place once I am done with my stay.
