Overall Satisfaction: The room is as shown in the photo attached to the door. The bathroom is a bit small, and I noticed that water splashes everywhere when washing my face, although I’m not sure if it’s just me. The hotel is located behind Higashi-Ginza Station. There are Hanaya Udon, Ippudo Ginza Branch, and Kitsayu nearby, but I haven’t had a chance to try them yet. There is a Lawson convenience store at the entrance of the alley leading to the hotel, and a Family Mart diagonally across the street.

The hotel front desk is located on the 2nd floor, and the male staff had some difficulty speaking English, so we managed with basic English for the check-in process. There is a microwave next to the front desk, and if you go to the back, there are amenities next to the information booklet. Feel free to take them.

Upon entering the room, I immediately felt that it would be a little cramped for two people. However, it is suitable for solo travelers. Two 28-inch suitcases can be opened. The window opens about 15 centimeters, allowing for ventilation after eating. The window has two blinds, with blackout blinds on the inside, allowing for light adjustment during the day. As for the bathroom, the sink area is small, so I gave up and ended up splashing water while using it.

Considering the affordable price and the lack of reviews, I didn’t have high expectations, but it turned out to be better than I thought. However, due to the numerous issues with Agoda, I had to send two emails, and they kept saying my reservation was not confirmed, which was quite frustrating. As a result, I initially wanted to give it 4 stars, but deducted one star.
