While considering our options for getting around with a toddler, we initially considered walking to Shinjuku Don Quijote. However, we realized that it would be more convenient to use the subway system. We used the Pasmo card, as recommended by our friends who used the Tokyo Metro. If you plan to use the Tokyo Metro, I highly recommend utilizing the subway system. During our short 45-hour stay, we visited Lotte Poon Hills, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, and Disneyland. Starting from Shinjuku Station, we mainly relied on the Marunouchi Line and walked from Nishi-Shinjuku Station to our hotel. Although there are other subway lines available, we only utilized the Marunouchi Line.
2. Convenience Stores:
There are convenient locations for convenience stores near the hotel. There is a FamilyMart convenience store nearby, and if you walk a bit further, you will find two Lawson convenience stores. However, I noticed that there are not as many Lawsons in Tokyo as I expected.
3. Room Type and Condition:
When making the reservation, I inquired about the availability of bed guards, but they informed me that they do not provide bed guards. However, they did mention that it was possible to move the beds. The room condition was similar to what I saw on T*dotcom, and although it felt a bit narrow, it was clean. As we were traveling with our energetic 18-month-old, we attached a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase under the bed as guards, and we also flipped the sofa over to act as another guard. We slept with our child between us, with the apricot color indicating the mother’s position and the blue color indicating the father’s position. It was not uncomfortable for both 158 cm and 176 cm tall individuals. The sofa turned out to be a real lifesaver. The bathtub was deep, which was great for relaxing after a long day of activities. The hallway may seem a bit narrow, but we didn’t feel any inconvenience, as our portable stroller could easily maneuver back and forth.
4. Taxi Services:
It was great to encounter Korean staff members at the counter every time we visited, except for when there were only overnight staff members. Our flight from Narita Airport was at 10:55 a.m., so we inquired about a taxi to Shinjuku Station. They advised us that the reservation would be more expensive if made in advance and recommended us to contact the front desk via the intercom on the day of departure. We called through the intercom in the morning, and the taxi arrived within 20 minutes as promised. We remember that the cost, including the call charge, was 1,400 yen, and it took less than 10 minutes to reach Shinjuku Station.
5. Other Services:
There are some additional services available at the hotel. These include a luggage scale located on the first floor, and a variety of amenities provided in the room such as bath salts, toothbrushes, lotions, face wash, coffee, etc.
Overall, this hotel is located in a quiet and clean area, although it is not in a prime location for tourists. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and peaceful. However, as the space is limited when traveling with an 18-month-old, we had to take some precautions. Our baby mainly slept in the stroller, and we moved him when necessary.

Firstly, since you mentioned using the subway system, I suggest visiting Shinjuku, which is easily accessible from the hotel using the Marunouchi Line.
