Overall Satisfaction Description: This hotel has an appealing and classy Japanese atmosphere, despite its age. It is relatively large in size (consisting of Garden Tower and Main building) and features various on-site shops, including luxury brands. On the first floor, there is even a Rolls-Royce showroom.
There are three breakfast halls to choose from, each with its own distinctive qualities, so I had the opportunity to enjoy a different one each day for a week:
– Main breakfast hall: Offers the widest variety of food options.
– Traditional Japanese breakfast hall: Serves traditional and delicious Japanese breakfast with a pleasant view. The fact that it is not a buffet-style but rather served makes it convenient.
– 40th-floor breakfast hall: While it offers a smaller selection compared to the main breakfast hall, the view from this high floor is outstanding.
Although parts of the room interior have an older design, the rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The hotel’s famous garden is perfect for taking a stroll, and the room offered a great view. It’s a pity that I couldn’t try the hotel’s renowned restaurants (Gaiseki and Teppanyaki) during my stay as they were fully booked. I will definitely make a reservation in advance for my next visit.
