Overall Satisfaction Description: The exterior of the hotel is very fancy, and it’s convenient to reach the hotel directly from the subway using the underground passage. However, the room itself is quite disappointing, even considering the small size of rooms in Japan. Firstly, the power outlets are inconveniently located, with only one or two sockets, and there are no outlets at the bedside (no USB ports either). Moreover, the cleanliness was the most disappointing aspect. On the first day, there were hairs in the towels, and on the second day, there were hairs on the bathrobe. After the room cleaning, I found cotton swabs and receipts on the floor as they were left there. It seemed like only the trash can, towels, and beddings were changed. Although the amenities were satisfactory, I had high expectations for Japanese cleanliness, so I am giving it only two stars. The bedding was also dusty and not very clean. The water in the sink did not drain properly.
