Facilities and cleanliness: There is a washing machine. There was no laundry detergent, so I bought it and used it.
Internal rules: Check-in was done by meeting with a staff member.
Friendliness of the staff: I set up an appointment time via message in advance, and when I arrived on time, the staff was waiting for me.

Surrounding environment: Convenient to get to from the airport
The Regiojet bus stop to Cesky and the Flix stop to Nuremberg are right in front.
It was close to a supermarket and a tram stop, so there was no inconvenience in touring the old town.
Advantages: RegioJet and Flixbus stops right in front of you
Korean broadcasts were shown on TV. Communication with the staff was quick and check-in was convenient as it was face-to-face.
Cons: No laundry detergent
There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan. It was not hot on the day we traveled, so we got along well without air conditioning.
