It was my first day staying at The Grand at Trafalgar Square in London, and when I returned from going out in the morning, the
locks
on two of the three suitcases were broken. I tried to try the other one, but it didn’t seem to work.
Maybe because we came back early, we couldn’t steal anything, but it’s really confusing.
What should I do when I go to Korea?
I locked all three, but did they think I had valuables there?
At the hotel, they asked me to write a report and changed my room.. They said they were not sure that they would confirm it within the day because the staff was on a schedule.
I have travel insurance and will receive compensation for my suitcase… but anyway, everyone, don’t come…
