It’s an amuse bouche, and the pig shape is butter spread on bread.
Everything was delicious.
Madeleine on the left, fried scallops in the middle, and arancini on the right.
And the smoke is like an aperitif (?), but it tastes like a health drink.

There were so many other dishes besides this, I thought my stomach was going to explode.
Due to the nature of Europe, the course meal came out very slowly, so I spent about 2 to 3 hours just eating.
Still, I wondered when I would experience something like this.
There was dessert in the back, but I couldn’t eat it because I was so full.
When I went home, they gave me things like coffee and peanuts and called a taxi for me.
What impressed me most was that after the meal, they took us to the third floor of the restaurant and showed us the night view of Florence.
The night view is really, really pretty.
It is shown from the Bardini Garden, so you can see the entire city of Florence, and the lights twinkle like stars at night.
The prices at the restaurant are a bit high, but the portions are plentiful, and I think it would be a good experience to make a reservation at least once when you go to Florence👍.
