This is the IQ Hotel, one of the new hotels in Florence.
I stayed at Rome IQ Hotel due to good impressions.
Accommodation cost: I stayed for 4 days in November and paid about 1.08 million won.
Advantages
1. (Compared to accommodation fee) Rich buffet
There are 5 types of croissants and there is also champagne.
Since it is a space used as a restaurant, the interior is okay.
2. Clean facilities, latest heating and cooling functions – I heard that older hotels in Florence have poor heating and cooling functions.
3. Free minibar
Water, soft drinks, juice, nuts, snacks, etc. were replenished every day so there was no need to go to the supermarket.
4. Amenities such as electric range and laundry room
disadvantage
1. 12-13 minutes walk from city center & 5 minutes under construction
Because tram construction is in full swing nearby, you have to walk for at least 5 minutes on roads that are in poor condition.
2. Poor housekeeping
I watched and saw that the bed sheets had not been changed for two days in a row.
I complained to the desk twice because I was sensitive to the bed bug issue.
In the end, I changed it on the 3rd day, but it felt like it didn’t change even if the guest changed…
3.Narrow room
When you open the trunk, it’s full.
It was okay for me and my child, but it would have been quite cramped for two adults.
