We took the Minibird from Budapest Airport and went for about 40,000 won for 3 people.

I made a reservation through Trip.com.
The room fee was paid in full. As it was a non-cancellable condition, I was told that I only had to pay the city tax when checking in, so I paid with 𖤐Travel Wallet𖤐.
However, on the day of check-out, a Travel Wallet payment failure alarm suddenly appeared early in the morning.
So I went down to the concierge to ask what they wanted to approve.
I had to pay something at Agoda, but they said I did it by mistake.
First of all, it doesn’t make sense that the card information is saved.
It makes no sense to try to approve it in the early morning.
I explained it to them and they kept saying it was a mistake.
It wasn’t approved and I said I was sorry, so it’s okay, isn’t it?

In the early morning hours, a man without employee clothes was looking at the counter wearing a sweatshirt.
Are they calling in a part-timer to steal guests’ personal information or cloning their cards?
When I questioned it, security showed me my employee card and told me to question it tomorrow morning, which was really absurd.
How can something like this happen in a large company like Novotel?
If you are considering Novotel, I do not recommend it.
If you have already paid for accommodation, just pay in euros or forint when paying the city tax.
