hello~Starting from November 11th, I will travel to Rome, Italy, and on the 22nd, I will travel to Prague, Czech Republic, and after returning, I will write a review.
(The content is somewhat long, and opinions may differ due to my subjective impressions.
)Rome (3 nights / November 11-14)Arrived in Rome on the evening of the 11th.
Accommodation: Diana Roof Garden Hotel near Termini StationWeather: It was a lot warmer than I expected, so I wore only a slightly fleece sweatshirt, but it was so hot that I was sweating a little.
The hotel was near the station and I was worried about security, but fortunately I had a pleasant and uneventful trip.
(That doesn’t mean I wasn’t nervous.
In crowded places with a lot of tourist attractions, I put my crossbody bag forward and looked around a bit more.
) The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.
However, the bathtub in the room I used was so small that I felt a bit uncomfortable when I tried to wash my feet in it.
There were some Asians, but it seemed like the hotel was mostly used by Westerners.
I injured my leg before the trip, so I had no choice (I couldn’t cancel), so I decided to go on a trip and went with a half cast, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t do much sightseeing in Rome.
Still, I did my best to tour the Colosseum and the Vatican, which I really wanted to see.
It was very difficult to go to the Vatican with sore legs, but it was fun to watch the explanations.
It was an afternoon tour and it was great to see the night view.
I recommend taking a tour of the Vatican if you want, and it would be a good idea to make a reservation in advance for the Colosseum and enter right away.
And Rome is pretty because there are quite a lot of Christmas-style decorations in restaurants and stores.
I had lasagna and steak at Nerone, which was near the hotel.
The lasagna was too delicious for my taste and the house wine was also good.
And near the Vatican, I went to L’insalata ricca for lunch before the tour, and the steak salad and seafood risotto were delicious.
Florence (3 nights/November 14-17)In the morning, take the Ital train from Termini Station and go to Florence.
I think it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I was nervous and worried as soon as I saw Termini Station, but fortunately nothing happened and I arrived safely with my luggage.
However, even if someone tells you where to get on at the train station, absolutely ignore it.
It was my first train in Italy, so I was checking the electronic board and printed E-ticket when a man suddenly asked me for money.
(Except for that person, the Italians I met were friendly, warm, and nice)Accommodation: B&B Laurus al DuomoThe Duomo Cathedral was right nearby and it was close to the station, so it was a good place to stay, and it seemed like it was a popular place, perhaps because there were rooms with a view of the Duomo.
I saw quite a few Koreans here.
It seems to be a well-known accommodation for Koreans.
The view from my room felt like a back parking lot and wasn’t great, but the room was clean and nice.
The breakfast wasn’t as good as the hotel in Rome, but the Duomo was visible from the terrace near the breakfast room, and it was very pretty.
I paid 7 euros per person per night for city tax by credit card.
Florence was a city with a different feel from Rome, but it seemed like everything was gathered together in a cute way.
The best thing in Florence was on Michelangelo Hill.
해가질때까지 앉아서 즉석으로 거리연주하는 분들의 음악을 감상하면서 전망을 보던거였어요.
이 순간이 가장 기억에 남네요.
11월 15일엔 피사+친퀘테레 일일 투어를 신청해서갔어요.
처음엔 피사만 잠깐 자유로 다녀오려고 했었는데 다리도 그렇고 친퀘테레까지 묶어서 차로 갈 수 있는 투어를 신청해볼까 하고 선택했는데 친퀘테레 안에서는 기차로 좀 다니긴 했지만 아픈다리로 다니기엔 나쁘진 않았어요.
그리고 11월이라 날씨 걱정 많이 했었는데 운이 좋게도 아침에는 흐렸다가 피사도착하면서 하늘이 파래져서 원하던 그 느낌에 사진 찍고올 수 있어서 좋았어요.
피사는 정말 주변에 피사말고는 없어 보였는데 기울어진 건축물만 봐도 너무 신기하고 다양한 포즈로 사진찍는게 재미있어서 저는 다녀오길 잘한것같고 즐거웠어요.
친퀘테레도 날씨가 좋아서 그랬던건지 바다색깔도 예쁘고 마을도 예뻐보였는데 진짜 작긴 작아요.
비수기라 문닫은 곳도 꽤 있었어서 가실 분들은 참고하셔야할것같아요.
제가 갔을땐 그나마 식당 한 두군데랑 카페 하나 아이스크림집은 장사를 하고 있었어요.
더 추워지면 어떨런지는 모르겠네요ㅜ성수기때는 또 사람이 진짜 많아서 날은 좋고 예쁘겠지만 복잡한건 감안해야할것같구요(11월이 여행때라 고민 많이 했지만 날씨운이 좋아서 잘 다녀온것같아요).
식당은 (피렌체) La grotta guelfa 에서 티본 스테이크 맛봤는데 맛있었고 분위기도 좋았구요.
더포크 어플로 예약해서 갔더니 30프로 할인도 받을 수 있었어요.
그리고 거기에서 디저트로 먹은 티라미수는 아주 달지 않으면서 부드럽고 너무 맛있었어요.
그리고 두오모 뷰 보면서 밖에서 먹은 피자집인 미스터피자라는 곳이에요.
그냥 토마토소스 베이스로 주문했고 점원분이 치즈 올리냐고 물어봐서 올린다고 했더니 저런 치즈가 올라가는데 터트리면 물처럼 피자위에 흐르더라구요.
근데 너무 맛있었어요.
피렌체에서까지도 날씨가 따뜻한 편이어서 로망이었던 야외에서 음식먹고 커피마시는걸 다 하고 올 수 있었어요.
대신 이때는 비도 중간에 오고 했어서 조금 쌀쌀해지는 느낌이라 걸치는 건 입고있었어요.
베네치아 (2박/11월 17일~19일)17일 오후 4시경 피렌체에서 트랜이탈리아 타고 1시간 30분정도 이동한것 같아요.
파업 얘기가 나왔던 날이었는데 다행이도 제가 이용한 시간엔 연착이나 그런 문제없이 제 시간에 잘 도착했고요.
출력해간 E 티켓으로 입장할 수 있어서 따로 티켓교환은 필요없었어요.
숙소 : 메스트레역 근처 플라자 호텔역 바로 맞은 편이라 캐리어 끌고 이동하기 좋은 동선이었고 호텔 조식당은 로마나 피렌체에 비해서 훨씬 크고 좋았어요.
조식도 맛있었구요.
방도 괜찮았는데 깔끔한것 같으면서도 청소가 깨끗하단 느낌은 덜 했어요.
그래도 묵기엔 괜찮았고 가성비 나쁘지 않았고요, 화장실이 로마나 피렌체에 비해서 사용하기 더 좋았어요.
제가 이용한 방은 욕조가 없었는데 그게 오히려 더 움직이는데 편하더라구요.
이 숙소은 거의 한국인과 동양인이 훨씬 많았어요.

다음 날 베네치아에 갔는데 이 날도 다행이 날씨 운이 좋아서 하늘이 맑고 파랬어요.
다만, 좀 많이 쌀쌀하다 싶어서 옷은 좀 더 두꺼운 외투를 걸쳤었구요.
본섬 외에 다른 섬들은 이동시간이 많이 소요된다고 해서 저는 본섬만 다녀왔는데 도시자체가 정말 로맨틱하다는 느낌을 많이 받았어요.
2박에 사실상 본섬에 딱 하루만 있었는데 너무 좋았던 기억에 더 있지 못해서 아쉬웠네요.
광장에 밤 야경이 예쁘다고 들었는데 저는 발이 아파서 숙소에 일찍들어왔고 밥은 숙소근처 중국집 이용했는데 무난하게 볶음밥이랑 탕수육 먹었는데 가격도 맛도 괜찮았어요.
이렇게 이탈리아에서 좋았던 순간들을 뒤로 하고19일에 베니스공항에서 위즈항공 이용해서 프라하로 넘어갔네요.
제가 간 시기에 이탈리아는 생각했던것보단 춥지 않았는데(로마에서는 오히려 덥기까지 했어요) 비가 온다거나 하면 갑자기 좀 쌀쌀해지기도 했어서 옷은 걸치는 외투도 하나는 꼭 챙겨가야 대비할 수 있을것 같아요.
그래서 추울때는 기모맨투맨이나 니트같은것, 외투가 도움이 됐고 더울때는 맨투맨도 더워서 더 얇은걸 가져올걸 하면서 후회하기도 했어요.
저는 그 뒤에 프라하여행도 있었고 추울까봐 모르고 다 두꺼운것 위주로만 챙겼거든요.
혹시나 저와 비슷한 시기에 내년이라도 11월여행 계획있으신분들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되지 않을까하고 올려봅니다.

날씨는 워낙 변화무쌍해서 알 수 없겠죠ㅜ 그때그때 카페에서 실시간 날씨 글이 그래서 도움이 많이 되나봅니다)그리고 묵었던 호텔들은 여행전엔 배드버그 걱정하고 갔는데 벌레에 물리거나 가렵거나 하는 일 없이 편안하게 잘 자고 올 수 있었어요.
그래도 혹시 몰라 뿌리는 건 가져가서 처음 도착한 날에 침대와 가구, 캐리어 주변에 마구 뿌려두긴 했었습니다.
아무튼, 모두 별탈없이 안전하고 행복한 여행이 되시길 바라면서 글 마칠게요.
