Stayed at Hilton Budapest on 12/9-11 (2 nights)
I had such a shocking experience that I am writing a quick review while on the go.
1. On the first day, I woke up early in the morning and saw that something had gone under the sofa. I was so surprised that I ran away.
And when I went back, I saw a big rat running around near the sofa.
I was embarrassed and ran to the desk in a hurry and changed rooms.
They said they would provide two breakfasts along with a room change, and when I said I didn’t eat breakfast, they gave me champagne, some fruit, and an apology letter (Photo 1)
2. Somehow, I checked out after spending 2 nights, and the last invoice was from China (Photo 2)
I burned over 500,000 won for 2 nights, but I never thought I would meet a live rat in a 5-star hotel room. The response wasn’t very good, but I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.
