- Satisfaction: The hotel exceeded expectations with its impeccable service and friendly staff. The Korean and Taiwanese staff members were especially accommodating and went above and beyond to assist guests. The reception staff even greeted guests in Korean. The hotel lobby also features a café where guests can enjoy conversations with Korean staff members.

- Pros and Cons of the hotel: Pros – Excellent location, friendly staff, good room size, spacious bathroom with good water pressure, convenient desk placement, well-ventilated, complimentary beverages in the mini-bar. Cons – Carpeted flooring, view from some rooms may be obstructed by neighboring buildings.
- Amenities in the room: The room includes a refrigerator, two bottles of water, three cans of soft drinks, and one container of milk. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrush. The room lacks a separate heater but remains comfortable due to the temperate climate in London.
- Special services provided by the hotel: The hotel offers laundry services through an app or by leaving laundry items in the laundry bag inside the closet. The clothing is picked up by an external laundry service and returned the following day at a cost of approximately $28 (including tips).
