Advantages:
1) Large public bath – I enjoyed visiting it several times during my stay. It seems to be open until 10 or 11 am, possibly indicating that it can be used even after checking out. There is also a dry sauna facility, which I really liked. However, my son, who is not a fan of baths, didn’t like it much, probably because the shower rooms were small and inconvenient. I think young people wouldn’t need to stay here as the prices are almost double compared to other properties.
2) Proximity to subway and convenience stores – It is convenient to access various parts of the city as the subway is nearby and there are convenience stores within walking distance.
3) Services – I didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive, and I wanted to take it easy on my trip, so I woke up late. However, there is an ice cream service next to the bath area, which was nice. There is also a resting space available. In the evening, they serve soba noodles, although it was a bit salty for my taste. They also offer hot water, so you can add it to adjust the flavor. Free coffee is always available, but the taste is not great. The public bath area also has washing machines and dryers, which appear to be free to use, which is a big advantage. However, I didn’t utilize them as there were no coin slots available.
4) Staff – Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Hmm… the noise. I stayed next to the subway, and it was really noisy. Additionally, there were frequent ambulance sirens, which were very audible. While Tokyo doesn’t have much traffic noise, the sound of ambulances was quite noticeable. I think it might be because Tokyo University Hospital is nearby. So, if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to skip this place. Fortunately, the subway doesn’t operate late at night, so that was a relief.
The prices… Unless you really like public baths, it’s not necessary to stay here.
