It’s the first morning in Granada.
Granada definitely has a different atmosphere from Barcelona, so it feels like traveling to another country.
We left the hotel around 10 a.
m.
First, I came to Alcaiceria Street.
Although it is small, I felt like I was visiting a small market in the Islamic region of the Middle East.
.
And after taking a walk here and there, I came to Navas Street, where tapas streets are crowded.
While looking for a restaurant to have lunch, we went to Bar La Chopera, which was crowded even in the early hours.
I ordered the set menu and it was quite a portion.
There were 2 basic tapas, a bottle of wine, and 8 tapas with a menu.
It was 30.
55 euros, including two cups of coffee after the meal.
After eating slowly, we headed to Granada Palace by bus.
We slowly looked around at the Generalife, Nasrid Palaces, and Alcazaba in that order, and then took the bus again.
I looked around for about 3 hours.
You must make a reservation in advance to enter the Nasrid Palaces.
The Albaicín district seen across the street is truly fantastic.
It was a shame that the camera couldn’t capture everything.
I also slowly looked around the places that appeared in the drama Memories of the Alhambra.
And then we walk towards Nicholas Observatory.
Thinking about it now, I wish I had taken the bus for this too.
If you are too busy to look around properly, I recommend using public transportation.
And I watched the sun set and the Granada Palace at night at El Huerto de Juan Ranas cafe.
I took a bus to come down.
In front of the accommodation is Plaza Isabel La Católica, which is great for lounging around when the weather is nice.
This is a place I personally really like.
We were hungry, so we looked for a restaurant and got takeout kebabs from a kebab shop near our accommodation, so we ate and rested in our room.
We woke up early that day as usual.
To be continued on the next page.
