Number of stays: 1 night from November 8th to 9th
Facilities and cleanliness: It looked clean and the bed was comfortable.
However, the hair in the bathroom was not cleaned.
Staff friendliness: Unfriendly
Surrounding environment: It’s a bit far from the center, but it’s okay to walk.
It is a remote place at night so you need to be careful.

I am writing this review because of bed bugs.
It was a place where many Koreans stayed and there were many reviews, so I stayed with peace of mind, but when I was packing my luggage before checking out, I found a large bed bug in the bed.
I showed the photo to the reception and asked for a refund, but the manager was adamant that he could provide an additional night, breakfast, or a bottle of wine, but that no refund was possible and that this was the first time something like this had happened.
In the end, I requested a refund through Booking.com, and Booking.com asked me to wait a few days.
(I don’t know if they will give me a refund or not)
Oh, I had to wash all my clothes when I got home and if it got worse, I might have to throw them away, so I even asked for a refund, but the hotel said there was nothing they could do and that was the end.
When I got home and looked at the Google reviews, I saw that another guest wrote that he had seen bed bugs at this hotel three weeks ago.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, but it felt like I was being ripped off.
And the staff wasn’t surprised when I showed them the photo.
Never go there!
I don’t want to attach a photo because I hate bugs, but I’m posting it because I’m sure.
