  • Pros and Cons of the hotel: The hotel is located right next to the National Gallery and within walking distance to theaters, Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. The Korean staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing assistance in Korean language. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with comfortable and spacious beds. Basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrush were provided. Towels were replaced daily and the room was cleaned daily. Complimentary drinks were available in the fridge. However, the rooms were slightly narrow and may not be suitable for large suitcases. The curtains were automatic and added a nice touch to the room.
