This trip,
No, this was the worst hotel in all of my European travels.
Seriously the worst.
I enjoyed my visit to Portugal last year, so I came back.
This hotel makes me never want to come to Lisbon again.

1. Narrow
.
The price is over 250,000 won per night, but the room is at the level of a gosiwon.
One suitcase can barely be opened, and even when opened, there is no space to organize it.

Still, after a day, I got used to it and found it quite comfortable, so I was able to win mentally
.

2. Noisy
.
The room I stayed in was room 105, the room to the left of the elevator.
Actually, I couldn’t feel the noise of the elevator.
Even if you close the windows and all the side doors, it feels like you’re in the middle of the street.

The music played in the restaurant on the first floor blared like a woofer speaker until dawn.

The air conditioner made the sound of an adult man snoring.

The most annoying thing is that the maids’ room was across from my room, so why did they open the door and make such a fuss… and they started talking like a Dottegi market from 6 am.

3. Air conditioning cannot be controlled in the room
.
I have stayed in hotels with centralized temperature restrictions, but
This is the first time I’ve been to a place where I can’t even turn it on and off.

When I entered the room after checking in, it was cold, so I tried to turn up the temperature of the air conditioner, but it didn’t work, so I tried to turn it off, but it couldn’t be turned off, so I ended up going down to the reception.
They said the temperature can only be adjusted at the reception, so I asked them to turn it off.
I don’t believe you can’t do it in my room because you turned it off.
After coming up and checking, the reception turns it off and changes it so that it can be adjusted in the room.
But the next day, the air conditioner was on and I couldn’t turn it on or off in my room, so the reception went down again.
Turn it off right away.
And when I went out to dinner, the air conditioner suddenly started making noise, turning on and off.
It was turned off right before I left, so I didn’t appeal to the reception, but when I came in about 2 hours later, the room was full of water!?
I will talk about this separately.
Anyway, once the water has cleared to some extent, the air conditioner automatically turns on again.
I don’t like being cold when I sleep, so I went down to the reception and asked them to turn it off. They turned it off right away.

As long as you go outside, the air conditioner is on (here, even if you take out the room key, the air conditioner works).
I felt like I had to go to the reception 10 times because of the air conditioner because I couldn’t turn it on and off in the room.
Why can’t I turn it on and off at will? No matter how many times I say it, it’s no use.
I keep asking for it, but once I get it, I turn it off and make it impossible to turn it on at all.
When I talk to the reception and ask them to turn off the air conditioner, they say that you can turn it off again.
Even if I say no, I still can’t believe it. Even if we are the same employee.
It still didn’t work, so I went down to the reception and found that he was no longer there.
I continued to wait and came to the room.
I called and they answered the phone twice.
When I asked them to turn off the air conditioner, they told me to turn it on again..ha..
No, you can’t do that!!! They can’t even turn off the air conditioner, so they turn it on, and then they train people to be idiots.
On the last morning, while getting ready, it got hot and I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but they wouldn’t let me turn it on again, so I called the reception to ask them to turn it on.
When asked at what degree to turn it on, I was told to just turn it on.
I said I knew, but it wouldn’t turn on even after more than 10 minutes.
Is this intentional?
When I went down to the reception again, he said “Ah! Sorry” and turned it on. What was it
?
 4. Lack of reception guidance (Is it just me intentionally?
)
I eat breakfast before checking out in the morning and go up.
As some foreigners were checking out, I overheard the reception staff explaining how to walk.
Did I ask about the jogging course? I didn’t think it was a big deal.
I went up to the room, gathered my luggage, came down, and checked out. The staff smiled and said goodbye without saying anything.

I was calling a bolt to go to Santa Apolonia train station to get to Porto, but it kept canceling while I was moving, so I wondered what was going on and when I went outside, they said it was a marathon or something, and the entire road was closed…
I explained this to the foreigners who were checking out in the morning.. Me? Why?

5.The biggest problem.
A spring of water
.
I came home after dinner and there was water on the bottom of my shoes.
I thought it had come from outside, so I cleaned it and found that there was water on the floor in front of the door.
I was wondering what was going on, so I quickly wiped it with a bathroom towel and went back into the bathroom to see a sea of water above the toilet and on the floor.
Water leaked from the ceiling of the room and bathroom.
The toilet paper was all wet.
Water was still leaking from the bathroom vent, so I went down to the reception.
At first, he looked at my face and thought he was talking about the air conditioner, so he avoided eye contact.
He came up with me, took a picture, told me to wait a moment, then went down and brought two large towels.
Then, he wiped the vent where water was dripping and put a big towel on the floor. This is all he can do for now. He said he would check again tomorrow as he couldn’t change the room because he was fully booked and left.
Fortunately, the water stopped after a while.
But the employee said he would check on me the next morning.
No one came until I left the hotel at 9 o’clock for the tour.

When I went on the tour, I looked at the reception and saw that it was the same employee who had hired me yesterday. I asked if they had checked my room, and they gave me a thumbs up and said OK.

When I entered the room around 9:40, water leaked from the bathroom and the ceiling in front of the door again.
I was tired of going to the reception, so I took a video and cleaned it up.Image

I was so annoyed that I wrote a long Google review, but the posting kept getting errors.
I was going to give it one star, but there was a friendly Korean-speaking staff member at the breakfast restaurant, so I tried to give it two stars, but I rewrote and deleted the review over ten times. I kept writing and deleting the review, but it didn’t work, so I got angry, so I gave it one star and wrote a short review, and it went up.

Everyone, please don’t go here.
If you have no choice but to go, please avoid room 105.

I came to Porto yesterday and I think I will buy it~Image

Still, for those who are curious, I also upload photos of the room and breakfast.
I couldn’t take a picture just by looking at it, so I took a picture with a wide angle, so it looks a bit wide, but it’s really narrow.
Breakfast was the same for all four days, and even if you run out of something, they don’t always refill it
.
