Overall satisfaction description: This was my first trip to Japan and my first hotel stay, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but… I stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days with 2 people at SOTETSU FRESA. I couldn’t find any reviews about this particular branch among the various branches of the SOTETSU FRESA chain, which made me worried, but I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the room wasn’t spacious, it was perfect for two people as we only needed a place to sleep, shower, and have a quick snack. The best part was that it was very clean! There was a small table that we could move towards the bed to enjoy our snacks, and we even watched TV for a while. The picture quality was good, and we could even watch YouTube, which was nice. I was worried about being cold, but there was a heater, so it wasn’t cold at all, and we slept well.
The bathroom was warm, and it had everything we needed, which was great. The only downside was that the tissues were a bit thin. However, if you’re looking for a hotel with a great night view, I recommend looking for another hotel as this one doesn’t offer that.
There are several convenience stores of different brands within a 5-minute walk, which was convenient! You can even walk to Tokyo Tower! It seemed like the hotel was almost fully booked, but we couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, so it was really quiet!
There was a self-check-in machine, but since I was having some trouble, a friendly staff member helped us. In short, the hotel was clean, warm, and cozy. The best part is that you can reach it directly from Narita Airport without any transfers.
